How to Configure Custom Branding, Logos, and Bank Accounts

With Muqtarah, your financial operations don't have to look generic. We believe that creative freelancers and agencies should showcase their unique brand identity at every customer touchpoint.

This guide walks you through setting up custom branding, custom domains, and connecting local bank credentials in your dashboard.

1. Upload Your Logo and Brand Settings

To start branding your client-facing documents and portals, navigate to Settings > General Settings:
- Primary Logo: Upload your primary logo (recommended size: '320px x 240px' with transparent background). This will appear on all digital proposal headers, invoices, and email headers.
- Brand Colors: Choose your brand's primary accent color. This color will be applied to buttons, links, and headers inside your client portals, creating a cohesive visual experience.

2. Connect Your Bank Details and IBAN

To allow clients to pay via bank transfer or display your payment details on PDFs:
- Go to Settings > Billing Configurations.
- Enter your registered business name, bank name (e.g., Al Rajhi Bank, SNB), and your 24-character Saudi IBAN.
- Save changes. Muqtarah will automatically inject these payment details cleanly onto every invoice and receipt generated.

3. Customize Your Email Notifications

Your clients receive automated notifications when a proposal is ready, or when an invoice is overdue. You can customize the email templates:
- Add your email signature and contact details.
- Modify the introductory message in both Arabic and English to match your company's tone.
