We are thrilled to announce one of the biggest updates to Muqtarah yet: Interactive Web Proposals.
Traditionally, freelancers and creative agencies send proposals as PDF attachments. This manual process causes several friction points—clients have to download the PDF, print it, sign it, scan it back, and then manually initiate a bank transfer for the deposit. This delay can slow down your deal cycles by days or even weeks.
Our new Interactive Proposals eliminate this friction entirely. Here is how:
1. Web-Based Interactive Client Portal
Instead of a static PDF, your clients receive a professional, responsive web link. The proposal renders beautifully on any screen size. Clients can easily browse the project scope, review payment milestones, and view interactive project timelines.
2. Legally-Binding Digital Signatures
Once a client is ready to proceed, they can digitally sign the contract directly on the page. In compliance with the Saudi Electronic Transactions Law, these signatures are legally binding, ensuring full protection for both the agency and the client.
3. Instant Upfront Deposit Collection
Upon signing, the portal prompts the client to make the upfront deposit payment. Supported by local integrations like Mada, Visa, and Apple Pay, clients can authorize the deposit in under 10 seconds. You receive a notification instantly, and the project status is updated to active.
4. Real-Time View Tracking
Stop guessing if your client has read your pitch. Muqtarah now tracks client activity and sends you a notification the moment they open the link, allowing you to follow up at the perfect time.
